Exercise, Overdoing Activity, And Worsening Bowel Function.

If I step outside my energy envelope part of the post exertional malaise appears to be a worsening of bowel function. I will develop abdominal discomfort, sometimes more frequent bathroom visits(loose stools etc) and a feeling that the digestive system is struggling to process food. Sometimes this can present as a fullness in the stomach too as if the bowel is too tired to work. Has anyone else noticed this? It often comes with my other symptoms of relapse which include palpitations, night sweats, headaches, worsening OI, flu like symptoms,dizziness, vertigo and headaches as well as poor sleep.
