I've used pulse oximetry with some sort of calculation to determine my biological age. After following the recommendations of David Sinclair PhD. , I saw an immediate and progressive improvement in my biological age. With the pulse oximeter I started at roughly 5 years above my chronological age, and quickly came down to 15 years lower than my chronological age.
