@keepontruckin ME/CFS is a very complex disease.
Did you read his article?
He writes about how he thinks we can diagnose ME and other disease by blood tests of the immune system. And gives ideas of treatment. Those treatments may not be his own idea but I think this doesn't matter. Treatment regime: http://meversuscfs.blogspot.com/2018/06/arztanfragen-mein-therapieregime-fur.html

(shortened by me)
decrease of CD56 NK cells; downregulation
of IL-13, IL-2, IFN gamma, TH-1 cytokines

upregulated levels of TH-2 cytokines: IL-4,
IL-10 and pro-inflammatory cytokines: IL-1,
IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha.

elevated levels of TGF beta-1

low wbc (white blood count below
4500), low CD 56. CD 67 (Borrelia burgdorferi)

@Manuel Read my last post, please.
What's your opinion to this blood tests?

https://forums.phoenixrising.me/ind...-your-doctors-the-cause-of-your-cfs-me.61905/

It matches what I'm talking about in the other posts. The elevation of IL 10 and TGF-beta may be due to the increase of lymphocytes t regulators. I would do CD4+ HLA-DR+ activated T lymphocytes to see the decrease in antigenic presentation II generated by the pathogen. With this test you would justify the other results.
