Yes, I know him. I was a patient of his brother Dr. Steven Bock for many years and occasionally saw Kenneth too. they are both good though, when I saw them (some years ago) they didn't take insurance. What do you wish to see him for?

Yes, these are his specialty areas. Your friend should just enquire about current fees. Though he doesn't file insurance claims, he would give an itemized bill that the patient can file with insurance, though insurance has a history of not paying for integrative treatment.
