Dr Kaufman or Dr Kogelnik? Is one better than the other?

I am about to book an appointment at the Open Medicine Institute. My question is; is one doctor preferred to the other? Dr Kaufman or Dr Kogelnik? I see quite a few threads on Dr Kaufman but none about Dr Kogelnik.

We saw Kaufman. That is all that was offered to us. They do have a new doctor there now which may speed things up.
Not sure if Kogelnik just does research or still sees patients. Someone else may be able to tell you.

Dr Kaufman is very nice and takes his time. I am sure you will see others on here that have seen him and liked him as well

I've been happy with Dr Kaufman; have also heard nothing but good things about Kogelnik. I think he's still seeing patients yes.

I believe I heard that Kogelnik, like a number of other ME/CFS specialists, has a full practice and so can't take new patients right now. He's still seeing current patients, just not accepting new ones.

Thank you all for your replies. I have booked an appointment with Dr Kaufman in April (they are fully booked through March). Dr Kogelnik does see new patients but very rarely. I decided on Dr Kaufman since so many find him brilliant.
