does anyone know how i convert umol/mol into mcg/g

Does anyone know how to convert mcg/g? I am trying to work out what 5mcg/g would be in umol/mol.

What substance? mol is dependent on what substance you have. And the second one should be umol/g, right? Usually the second part (e.g. blood serum) doesn't change from mcg to umol.
