Doctor nearer Pittsburgh PA than California?

I have had cfs for 7ish years and have been seeing the docs at Stanford's CFS clinic (Montoya, Bonilla etc) but I just moved to Pittsburgh. I am hoping there is another doctor closer to me so that I don't have to go across the country every year for a drs appointment. So far I have an appointment at the UPMC integrative med center but they said they don't prescribe drugs (only supplements) so I think that is probably more with just help pacing/coping and I will need another doctor to continue to pursue the pharm options (I have tried everything obvious the antivirals, naltrexone etc. so really need a specialist who keeps up with current research to try more experimental options)

I don't really have an answer to your question but just wanted to say hi because I also just moved to Pittsburgh from the Bay Area! In fact I've also had CFS for 7ish years.

I see Dr Chheda at the Center for Complex Diseases whom I am planning on continuing to see virtually (and in person about once a year). In terms of Pittsburgh doctors, I know someone who sees Dr D'Eramo (https://www.deramofamilymedicine.com), but I don't know much about that doctor, and that patient also may or may not even have CFS. Maybe worth looking into though
