Something important to know if you wish to do the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test ... the result depends a lot on the type of your usual diet. If you do a low carb diet, or if you eat low carb the evening, you may end with a false diabetes diagnose!

It's important to eat 3 days of >150 g/day carbohydrate ingestion and specifically a high-carbohydrate meal the night prior to the OGTT
