Diluting GcMAF

My GcMAF has arrived but it needs to be diluted.
It's a 2.2 ml vial concentrated at 440ng/ml

I've been prescribed one 25ng subcutane injection weekly so the vial needs to be diluted into approx 38 doses (if the full 2.2ml is used).
After dilution i will fill 38 syringes and freeze them.
Is anyone here experienced in diluting GcMAF? Which medium did you use?

Yes, if you are giving 25 ng and using the GcMAF.eu product, it is best to dilute it. Use sterile saline. I use a GcMAF product that is already diluted with sterile saline but I do know others who do what you propose--diluting, filling syringes, and freezing them.
