Worth mentioning that he's research coordinator for Sierra Internal Medicine and Simmaron Research, Inc. according to the video. Says he's been involved in the CDC project to extra data from a number of ME/CFS practices to better define the disease and identify subsets.

I've only watched the first two minutes to glean all this but it looks interesting!
