It's just advocating the 4-year olds tactic of repeating the argument in a silly voice.
Which is probably not in fact useful.

Yes, it's daft & stupid but it made me laugh.

Came from a RT from JK Rowling who is trolled pretty relentlessly.

In the end you're not going to change somebody's mind on a social argument, the most you can do is make them think and there are different ways of doing that.
