I just stumbled across a database that I think could prove very helpful to us. The homepage shows a scary looking diagram showing the connection among macrophage, B-cell, T-cell, Basophil, Eosinophil, Neutrophil? and Mast Cell and the cytokines (ILs) associated with each pathway. Kinda looks like the methylation cycle on steroids! 
The database contains 456 cytokines, 63,356 SNPs and 4,399 disease associated publications. Now if only I could figure out how to use it! Perhaps someone more knowledgable can figure it out.
