It's working fine for me on my tiny tablet computer. Sadly my chromebook laptop just says not supported on this format or something. Ron Davis on now....

I switched to Google Chrome and sound works on it (previously was using Firefox).

Started to get it, Linda's intro with picture & sound for a few minutes, then frozen picture, no sound....Windows 10 with Edge browser...
