clonal T cell receptor gamma rearrangement

There is a defect called clonal T cell receptor gamma rearrangement. This is connected with patients who developed lymphoma.

I heard Peterson mentioned a test, but I have no idea where to find it. Does anyone know. I've already been hit with two cancers following my CFS. I'd prefer not to deal with a third.
