I can unfortunately only agree with this and they are also in particular extremely arrogant. Its impossible to discuss treatments on a scientific basis, instead they easily rate you as Psycho. I have often asked myself, why they don't take the responsibility they have as a doctor - as a veterinarian I have learned much more to take this serious. But as a doctor you can do whatever and harm patients without anything happening - Only very few patients take legal action against medical errors and if they do, then the compensation is hardly worth the effort and to mention, also taking years. Even then, nothing happens to the doctor due to an insurance. Thus they learn, that they can do the greatest harm without any consequence.
I am currently taking action against my doctor who, after almost 20 years free of CFS/ME, pushed me back into severe CFS/ME by making the wrong recommendation and cutting my medication, saying that I had to cut it down no matter it takes, and just laughed at me after my concerns, about a relapse into CFS/ME with being bedridden and even not be able to go to toilett by myself - I was told I shouldn't exaggerat and being a drama queen. It doesn't change anything about the decision about cutting my medication, but instead I was refered to a psychiatric clinic to do this at the clinic. Unfortunately, my concern was far exceeded by reality. I am very excited to see what will be the results of the legal action - luckily, there are several mistakes made acc. to guidelines, which my doctor even was taking part in its creation. But even if a doctor has worked on a guideline, it unfortunately doesn't mean that he knows what he's talking about, and also it doesn't even mean that he adheres to his own guidelines or knows them well. Thus its only a nightmare with doctors and I really wonder, how a patient can trust a doctor, but which, on the other site is a prerequisite for medical treatment and always means that we are trusting our life to this person, that is not caring about their treatment results
