I am not familiar with Chinese herbs @Davsey27 I only know the "Western" Skullcap.
But I wonder if @Rufous McKinney might know something about it?

@Davsey27 - @msf has had good results with Chinese skullcap. He's done a thread about it here, and also a blog which he links in this thread.

That herb is likely in my mix. I take a mix of things- I need to find the papers- why am I so disorganized?
