Chest tightness, worse after drinking (and raw carrots)

Lately I've been getting an uncomfortable tightness in my chest that persists all day long and it gets worse when I drink. It doesn't matter what I drink, not even water from a purifier prevents my chest to feel tight afterwards so it shouldn't be due to allergies. Raw carrots make it even worse than water, I stay far away from them now. This doesn't make any sense at all to me. Any ideas?
