CFS/ME with muscular fatigue only with no general fatigue

Do anyone here suffers from PEM, muscular fatigue and other CFS/ME symptoms without sleep dysfunction nor general fatigue(low energy levels)?

Can you give more details? How it began and how it evolved?

Minor pem with computer work. Now at 0 after 4 months bad crash. More synptoms pile up.

I didn't have any sleep problems for the first 15 or so years of my ME, then insomnia became more common. I never suffered from ME's muscular fatigue. General fatigue has been with me since the start.

Thank you for you response. I have I think an atypical CFS/ME case. Debilitating muscular fatigue (i cannot write with a pen without experiencing horryfing PEM), PEM, autonomic small fiber neuropathy symptoms. No general fatigue (energy levels better than before getting sick), refreshening sleep.
