CFS doc (esp. Teitelbaum protocol) in San Francisco?

I just moved to SF and I'm seeking a doctor who uses the Teitelbaum protocol or at least does natural thyroid and takes Medicare. I saw one in Mountainview mentioned--maybe could do that--will ask about the thyroid--but would prefer to stay in SF or Berkeley.

There is just one in SF on Dr. Teitelbaum's site--Monica J. Stokes--does anyone know of her? (Looks expensive.) Thanks.
