Hi Everyone,
First time poster,
I've been around the block trying to figure out why I have such strong neurological dysfunction. It started with severe ADHD and GAD for me and the CFS came a little later - so can I trace this to methylation issues? Can anyone give me any ideas on what I should start supplementing, or how do to find a doctor that can help me.. I'm also super broke from all this..
