Yet another aspect of cell function that probably hasn't been considered as part of ME. I expect that this response mechanism has only a tiny chance of being involved in ME, but without proper study, it can't be ruled out completely. It's at least possible that our cellular 'filament networks' are abnormal, causing abnormal cell function, and I'm pretty sure no one has actually checked.
