CD14 and IL Serum levels?

I just got some blood results back from KDM today and was hoping someone could shed some light on a couple of them for me. My Soluble CD14 seems to be a good bit below the normal range at 1134. Does anyone know what this indicates? Also, my IL-1 beta serum seems low at 0.6 pg/ml. All my other IL serum results seem low except for above range values for IL-8 Serum at 35 and activated TGF-BETA1 Serum at 74,633. Anyone know what this indicates?

Thanks!
