How much ribose take daily ? never try pyruvate ?

I control it by appetite. When I started I loaded at about 3 tsp 3x/day but now after 2 weeks I only need 1/4 tsp per day. I've never heard of a pyruvate supplement.

Well, forward your ideas to some scientists. Without proper equipment and labor studies we wont know what to make of it. Otherwise its just some theories that wont help us if we cant push forward.
