I noticed this article : https://rc-naturheilpraxis.de/2015/...pplements-when-you-have-a-heavy-metal-burden/

And one study, ( did not reall all in it ) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1637774/pdf/envhper00310-0034.pdf

"
Megadoses of vitamin B12 administered with vitamin C after exposure to Hg2+ increased MeHg levels in the brain (147). The enhancement of Hg2+ toxicity by vitamin C treatment led to the suggestion that mega-doses of vitamin C should be contraindicated among populations with high Hg exposure "

There are always unknown factors. That's why one better takes the precaution and 'start low and go slow'. So that any always possible adverse reaction is caught earlier on. And one's intake adapted.

In my case also took Hair tissue mineral analysis each of the last 10 years. And even though I had a mouthful of amalgams up to 30 years ago, Mercury doesn't seem to pose any problems to me. Maybe have very good detox abilities - as one of those unknown factors.

Yes, it`s the same with chelators like DMSA, i tryed it with low dosage, and the adverse reactions were just too bad and had to stop using it. ALA is okey and have used it a lot, later taked also cilantro big doses.

I never tryed microsilica like Biopure , but it might be really good for preventing retoxification from gut https://biopureus.com/product/microsilica/

You may have better detoxification abilitys indeed.

Alpha lipoic acid seems to also have copper lowering effect, so might be good to take also copper same day .
