Burbank: low-income housing wait-list opening July 2025

Starting July 7th at 9:00 am PST, BHC will open a two-week application process for its Waiting List Lottery for households earning 15–120% of the area median income. Eligible applications will be entered into a randomized lottery, and a limited number will be added to the bottom of the waiting list.
