Can anyone recommend good books on the subject, especially for someone like me still without a confirmed diagnosis?

The only other threads on this are about 3 years old.

“Living Well with Orthostatic Intolerance” by Dr Peter Rowe is worth a read if you are looking for practical info. Your local library may be able to get it in for you.
