Understood. If they're paying the bills, you have to work with them. He's certainly not a joke, but he's operating in a very controversial area (like all ME doctors) so this kind of extreme and sometimes hostile view is inevitable. I'm trying to remember, but wasn't there also a suggestion that the relapse rate from Rituximab was pretty high?
