Best time of day to take LDN?

@Wishful , I believe people get 50mg tablets, dissolve them, and then measure out a low dose with a syringe or pipette.

I might ask my doctor about this. I wonder whether I could manage it?

Getting the low dose compounded is somewhat expensive where I live, and right now I’m dividing the capsules anyway, which is fiddly.

Yes, I mention dissolve in my post. Perhaps I should've highlighted it. No big deal, I miss small things like this all the time!

@kangaSue , may I ask whether you found LDN helpful, and, if, so how? E.g. Improving blood flow, doing something auto-immune?
I was trying LDN for the GI symptoms of gastroparesis (abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting) which had ramped up a lot for no particular reason that I could isolate and this med was of significant benefit for all these things initially, but I ran foul of it about 1 month into it.

That's a common trait for a lot of things with my GI system though where they just increasingly worsen my abdominal pain more until I stop taking whatever is causing the exacerbation.

LDN has a hastening effect on small bowel motility though so I assume that to be a big part of why it helped for GI symptoms in my case.

i'm getting more solid stools and stomach pains though. See my PCP tomorrow and see what she thinks. Have also cut down on my magnesium recently. Been on LDN about 2 months now.

I am on 4 MG LDN transdermal creme. I rub it on right before bed because it helps my sleep. I tried taking it in the morning when I first got it, and dragged through the day because it made me so sleepy.
