B6/p5p, B12 Intolerance? Thiamine-related?

One of the first things i tried when i first got sick was a B complex, and it caused complete insomnia for me. Over time i've gotten smarter and no longer take methylated B vitamins (did my genetics homework), but still ran into the same issue.

Eventually i started taking individual B vitamins and found that i can tolerate everything except B6 (causes heart palpitations and insomnia, even in extremely small doses taken in the morning), B9 (anxiety), and B12 (all forms cause insomnia, methylated form causes anxiety too).

I believe that i've tracked most of my issues down to a thiamine deficiency. I have been taking 300mg of benfotiamine daily and it has helped immensely, but now i'm hitting a road block. I used to be intolerant of magnesium as well but now i can tolerate it thanks to the magnesium. I'm currently taking B2 and B3 along with the minerals needed to support the thiamine. BUT -- B6 is a required cofactor as well, and frankly i think at some point i need to switch to a B complex instead of just taking a few select B's.

I'm curious if anyone else here has experienced especially b6 intolerance, as it seems to be fairly uncommon, and if you were able to resolve it? And curious if there is any reason to believe that i might be able to tolerate B6, B9, B12 supplements now that my thiamine levels are more reasonable?

I have some Seeking Health MF complex sitting here that i'd like to try, but after a bad night of sleep i'm wary.

is this suggesting you don't have the MTHR genetic issue?
I do not. My biggest genetics challenges are CBS +/+, slow COMT.

I'm reading through threads on here about B6 and it seems like a lot of people gets neuropathy with b6/p5p. I don't get any neuro symptoms, but I get pretty nasty heavy/elevated heartbeats when lying down, even off of ~10mg of p5p, that can last for 24hrs.

I took a cellular nutrient assay test here: My B vitamins all appear fine but i notice a significant increase in wellbeing from B1 supplementation, which in turn recommends/requires a B complex (or at least B2, B3, and B6). So that's why i'm trying all this.

To follow up on my own post and progress, I am no longer p5p/B6 intolerant. Which is good, because i just got my OAT test back and it shows that i'm b6 deficient.

Two weeks ago I was b6 intolerant. I wish i could say for 100% certainty what helped between then and now, but here's the things i was doing:

- B1, B2, B3, B5, and B7 supplementation. Heavy emphasis on the B1 supplementing, as i was taking 200mg thiamine hcl and 300mg benfotiamine. The B1 gave me "paradoxical reactions" and i was planning to take it for much longer (and increase my dose), but about a week ago i woke up and just felt normal, with no more reactions to the benfotiamine. I continued for another week and felt no more improvement from the B1.
- As part of the B1 protocol i was taking magnesium (400mg/daily, since i could finally tolerate it), manganese (20mg), and and the occasional zinc/copper supplement.
- NAC 600mg. The thiamine protocol pushed my glutathione down and i didn't feel well without taking NAC (don't think this really helped with b6).

As a result i'm now switching to a regular B complex, which was my goal! My complex has 20mg p5p in it and i am having no reaction to it.
