Will keep the life extension brand in mind. I ordered Jarrows brand http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Curcumin-95-500-mg-60-Capsules/106 still waiting for it to arrive, this current order seems to be taking longer then usual. It says to take 1 capsule a day but i was going to try 1 cap twice a day??

Adreno told me before that it is fairly safe up to about 2000 mg's per day so you'd have no problem doing your cap twice a day.

thinking of increasing the dose but have only put a small supply for first time trial, my next supp order i will buy more curcumin and try higher dose.
