Area above my eyes (not my lids) is puffy

Area above my eyes (not my lids) is puffy on both eyes. It's been like this pretty much ever since I got sick.

I got sick on April 19th. Day 119 today. Week 16. Month 5th.

Yesterday found out I have high EBV titres. Can mono cause puffy eyes and when will it go away?

When I had mono, I had pain pushing from behind my eyes for a while, but I can't remember if I had puffiness.

Oh yeh, though I seem to have had a short experience with direct mono symptoms. (It was in my mid teens, and I'm now in my late 30s.) I get puffiness around my eyes now from basic dehydration and general ageing so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think it's key to remember that it will be different for everyone, despite what medical literature says. It seems like maybe your body is (over)loaded with stuff it's trying to balance and fight. Keep looking after and pacing yourself.
