I know this has been discussed here but i can't find a post atm with this particular answer. I have a few wrinkles, though.
I have M.E., mast cell activation and have positive results for babesia, bartonella, mycoplasma and chlamydia pneumonia. Plus, most of this disease is brain-based for me with psychological and neurological problems. I'm not sure if one of these afflictions may push one part of your immune system higher and the other lower or if they all favor th1 or th2? I feel lately like i really need to put some effort into immune modulation

I am not sure that there is a fit all for CFS. There can be numerous variables at work including genes, diet, microbiome, nervous system degradation and possibly more that I cannot think of ATM.

I think that I could be Th2 dominant.

Did you read the article on selfhacked?

if you are vit-D deficient, which happens nearly to everyone with persistent inflammation, you are certainly Th1

google Th1 vitamin D at pubmed - lots of info already there
