Also since OP mentioned concern about it messing up her brain, I wanted to mention that I've heard two cases of someone having Autoimmune Encephalitis and using CBD. One case was Long Covid and the other was ME but in both cases it made the brain symptoms much much worse. The LC case even ended up in the psych ward so please do be careful.
