Anyone tried silica water to remove Aluminium ?

I got tested a while ago for heavy metals and found my Aluminium was slightly high.

Now, I read today that it can cause cognitive deterioration.

Has anyone used Silica to detox this? Can you buy silica and add it to your water?
Whats the best way to prepare silica water?

(Also, I hear L-Theanine and Tumeric might be good too.)

Go to my signature link and see the section on Cutler frequent dose chelation. This is the best, safest way to figure out which metals you have and to chelate them out.

If you have high aluminum, it can be a sign that mercury is present. The supplements you mention won't chelate metals.
