Anyone get skipped heart beats after carbs

Hi guys.
Anyone has issues with skipped beats post carbs.HR stays normal rate otherwise at 60ish.
New symptom for me. Sometimes I had racing or faster rate but it morphed into this.
Very annoying and unnerving.
Seen docs and ecg etc and bloods all good. Says ectopic beats are common and not to worry.

He thinks it's sympathic v parasympathetic unbalance.....but for me doesn't answer questions why after carbs it happens for 3 hours at least.

For sure it's a cfs issue and relation to poor sugar metabolism of some sort.

If i keep carb very low they tend to stay away or diminish.

I'm wondering would gut supplement help....enzymes.....etc. anyone had experience

Have this cfs over 10 years now and still get new symptoms it's mental

I know someone who has the same reaction.i think it's sugar related but maybe also mast cell related.
Have you tried taking an antihistamine with your food
