Any Difference in Methylfolates?

This a similar question to Lotus97's recent post, but I didn't see it quite answered. (Unless I missed is, which is surely possible...)

Is there a difference between L -5 Methyltetrahydrofolate and L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid? Or 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate from L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid, Glucosamine Salt.
