Any affordable way to enrich oxygen like HBOT?

Hi,

hyperbaric oxygen therapy sounds promising, but is highly expensive for me at least as CFS had me unemployed.

Are there cheap alternatives to try oxygen therapy?

I have a moderate CFS, so I can do sports occasionally. Is the phantom athletics mask effective for this with sport?

Heard good things about EWOT from Lyme patients. And while EWOT systems are expensive, you can also DIY pretty cheap:

There is also mHBOT (mild HBOT) as a cheaper alternative to real HBOT. But I honestly did many mHBOT sessions without seeing any difference, so not sure if it works.
