Dont know who this guy is, but he is saying alot of sleep issues are causing alot of mental health issues not the other way around which is how alot of people are treated. If u go to the doc with sleep problems the light bulb above their head lights up, 'depression/prozac/zoloft etc', where what this guy is saying is fix the sleep problem and the depression, cognitive problems etc start to ease. He even says that xyrem is under used in alot of conditions.
