sounds promising!

what would I give for an anti-inflammatory, that worked.
Haven't tried them personally so have no idea how effective they are but Metagenics have been the pioneers in developing a specialized pro-resolving mediators supplement, SPM Active.

I recently bought SPM Active from iHerb when it became available in my country and started taking it three days ago. So far I haven't seen any change but I guess it takes time to take effect. I bought two months worth (which was nearly 200€, yikes on several bikes) so I have enough time to see if it does anything. Please keep your fingers crossed, mostly because I don't want that amount of money go to waste 😭😂
