I've just posted a new article that gives the timeline and bloodline of ME/CFS.

If you look at Mindy's list or Byron Hyde's list http://www.name-us.org/ResearchPages/ResEpidemic.htm#M.E._Epidemics
you can see that there are no reported outbreaks after 1989/1990.
Does anyone know why that would be?

Forbin said:One other possibility is pandemic. The disease is so widespread (and reporting is so diluted by cases of "chronic fatigue" that meet the CDC's broad definition) that detecting outbreaks from the "background noise" becomes impossible.
