Qingdao Sigma Chemical (the first post is outdated, check here or the telegram for a recent price list) are really the king of recombinant HGH as well as other peptides,. They're reliable in terms of purity and have the cheapest prices on the market for HGH. Their HGH comes as powder in an airtight vial with a vacuum. This leads to far less degradation than pharmaceutical HGH that always comes in a liquid afaik. For this reason their HGH usually beats pharmaceutical HGH made by giant companies in terms of purity. This does mean you also need bacteriostatic water and a large capacity syringe to add the water containing a preservative to the vial. Once added, the vials are medically accepted to last 30 days but you're unlikely to run into problems going a bit longer. There are some other similar suppliers, I suggest checking GLP-1 forums or mesorx. The Lobster have a very silly name but do well in independent testing with random purchased vials and is another option. Unlike QSC they don't sell anabolic steroids. Shanghai Sigma Audley aren't as reliably very high purity in independent testing but are much cheaper for some other peptides.
Qingdao Sigma Chemical’s thread on mesorx has 7 million views, showing just how popular they are. The thread is so busy it's better to just look at recent messages from their profile. This is partially because they sell GLP-1 weight loss drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro for a fraction of the prescription price with generally superior purity due to coming as powder intended to be reconditioned on demand instead of already in water. They have "special lines" which are reshippers who use bulk air freight pallets of packages that customs tends to give less scrutiny to. They offer this for the US, Schengen Europe, the UK, Australia, Canada and Brazil. They also offer free reships for most of the world and with an extra fee for some like Australia. If your order contains just peptides/HGH vials you're much less likely to have customs seize it as they disguise it as a Chinese skincare product using a fancy box. They also have US domestic stock of HGH and many other peptides. Canada, Schengen Europe and Australia also have domestic stock but much more limited.
They sell everything as a "kit" which just means 10 vials. Even so, 10 vials of their peptides are often cheaper than a single vial from somewhere like peptidesciences, which I suspect just source from Chinese labs now. They offer 3rd party tests from the proven very reliable Czech lab Janoshik. They could obviously send in a good sample and have the actual product be bad. However, I am in a group buy testing discord server where people send in random vials they received to a variety of labs. They often do head to head comparisons of the labs and have found janoshik the most reliable especially in unusual cases of impurities. Janoshik has never really failed. The server tested QSCs peptides including HGH over 100 times just this year, almost all with Janoshik and their results are usually very close in both amount and purity to the results QSC makes available in their price list. They have never had a bad batch of HGH as far as I know but they have had low purity batches or underdosed batches of other products. This is far superior to random peptide websites that are rarely tested and very often send vials with none of the purchased product.
They sell a kit (10 vials) of 36 IU of HGH for $145 USD normally but they have frequent sales. The 360 IU in those vials would last half a year at a dose that should put most people close to the top of the normal range of IGF-1. They also generally overfill to around 40IU if you check the testing link in the price list PDF which you should adjust for. IGF-1 is responsible for most, but not all, of the effects of HGH and is released in response to HGH. It's used as a proxy for HGH release in blood tests because HGH has a very short half life and is thus very spikey, it is arguably more important and it has a much longer half life. If you can you should get a blood test for IGF-1 a few hours after taking your HGH. Fasting causes a release of HGH, and we obviously don't eat while asleep so generally your levels of IGF-1 as it is released by HGH are highest in the morning. It is thus generally recommended to take HGH in the afternoon. If you take more than 2-3IU a day it's also recommended to split the doses to get more IGF-1 release.
There are also many alternatives to HGH, most of which are cheaper. You can have a condition where your HGH release is normal but your body, particularly your liver, doesn't produce enough IGF-1 in response.
IGF-1 LR3 is an option in this case. It lacks human trials but it has been around on the grey to black market for around two decades and there's not much negative reported. Generally 10-20mcg of it is considered to be equivalent to 1 IU of HGH. As QSC charges $130 USD for 10*1mg vials, supposedly equivalent to, 1000 to 2000IU of HGH this makes it much cheaper than HGH.
There's also many secretagogues, notably the orally active ibutamoren aka MK-677 which is a ghrelin agonist with a relatively long elimination half life. Ghrelin agonists can make you very hungry so it's often used for weight gain. It causes extreme panic attacks in a small number of people due to some interaction with cortisol however, and its long half life leads to tolerance issues with daily use. Others have also mentioned it's issues with insulin resistance and thus blood glucose and the side effects it has from increasing HGH release, which are the same as rHGH injections.
A combination of an injected GHRP and GHRH lacks the tolerance issues and leads to more HGH release. GHRP-6 is another ghrelin agonist, like all GHRPs and one that in high doses causes extreme hunger for some. Like eat 4000 calories in 20 minutes type hunger. Ipamorelin is the best choice for GHRPs if you want to avoid hunger and other side effects such as interactions with cortisol. The price difference is not very large compared to the cost of HGH. mod GRF (1-29) aka CJC-1295 no DAC is the most common option for GHRPs. It has a short half life. When combined with a GHRP it can create a release of 1-2IU of HGH for much cheaper than buying HGH, however the secretagogue approach has more side effects.
All the secretagogues work better the younger you are and have large variations in effects. It is more important to get an IGF-1 blood test if you take a secretagogue than it is with the more predictable HGH. Very high IGF-1 levels are not desirable as they can increase your risk of cancer and make undetected cancers grow extremely fast. They can also grow your body even as an adult with all your bones fused, notably nose and ears which is generally not desirable.
To make daily injections easier it's possible to get an Eli Lilly pen from AliExpress or a fancier compatible one from some online stores. You can then buy 3rd party compatible Eli Lilly style 3mL cartridges. There is some concern there with sterility. It's possible to dry heat sterilise them in an oven but that's far beyond anything I want to advise about here. I will mention that using an autoclave or pressure cooker sterilise mode won't work properly with the vials sealed as the pressure will not change inside the cartridge.
TLDR: Qingdao Sigma Chemical are by far the most popular and the cheapest around for HGH and their vials reliably test as the same purity as prescription pharmaceutical branded HGH. You can get 6 months of a reasonable fairly high dose (2 IU) for around $145 plus shipping bacteriostatic water and syringes + needles which would normally work out to around $200-250 USD. You can find them on thinksteroids aka mesorx where their thread has 7 million views and look at their profiles past messages for ordering instructions. I'd post a link but I think that's not allowed. Fully independent testing of received HGH vials has been done about a dozen times and has always confirmed the results they have. Get a blood test for IGF-1 before and after if you can as that's much more stable and causes most of HGH’s effects. Don't take too much for too long or you'll get a big nose and ears and increase your cancer risk a lot. You might even get enlarged organs causing major medical issues. However, in reasonable doses it is very safe and popular with the rich and famous to look more youthful. They sell many other peptides too, including some like LL-37 and Thymosin Alpha 1 which some CFS patients have found great success with, also for very good prices.
QSC's telegram channel is linked here. I suggest ordering over WhatsApp which has end to end encryption or a more private non-gmail email provider. Unfortunately they have issues with receiving and sending mail to and from protonmail.
If anyone has any questions I'm here to answer. Please do your own research too and be careful, listen to your body etc.
