I read somebody say somewhere that the 2-day exercise test wasn't promoted in the report.

Below is an extract from the section, "Operationalizing the Proposed Criteria for Diagnosis of ME/CFS for Major Symptoms of the Illness".

I'm glad it is just mentioned as an option and it is mentioned it "may induce severe exacerbation of symptoms
in these patients".
