2 day CPET testing sites - Any in the midwest?

Does anyone know of a 2-day CPET testing site in the midwest? One that works with ME/CFS patients?

I live in Wisconsin and though it would be very difficult to go anywhere, even Chicago which is a couple hours away, I could try. I just know I can't get to NY or CA.

Maybe if you contact the Workwell Foundation they could give you referrals in your area (if there are any, which I am not sure)!

Update: So far feedback from Workwell and also Dr. Betsy Keller (Ithaca, NY) is that there are just the two sites in the USA right now that they know of.
