@Nielk,
I decided to post information about the progress for this particular Request, so others could watch how a FOIA Request to one of the agencies under the HHS umbrella might proceed. Many layers within the HHS for FOIA Request handling, so a comparison of the process within the umbrella could be interesting. ;)

Yes. I commend you and truly appreciate it! I was just commenting on HHS' record of "swift" compliance with these requests.

Release date for the Final P2P Report has been delayed due to a number of Public Comments not being submitted to the Panel and therefore not reviewed by the P2P panel as part of their ME/CFS assignment/contract. See,
http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/final-p2p-report-on-pause.36682/#post-582079

An "anticipated" new release date has not yet been identified. This thread will be updated when this information is provided by the NIH.

FINAL P2P REPORT DATE:
"Important Notice: The ODP recently discovered that one set of public comments was not forwarded to the panel for consideration. Because the ODP is committed to ensuring that all public comments have been considered, we paused the publication process in order to give the panel time to consider the new information and determine if changes are needed before the release of the final report.
Status Update
(April 16, 2015): The new publication date for the panel’s final report will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015, in print in the Annals of Internal Medicine and online on the ODP website. Thank you for your patience to allow for consideration of all public comments."
