Transient receptor potential (TRP) channel Enzymes were diffrent in CFS patients.

3 Enzymes, 13 SNPs identified. How will we process…?? & I do invite others that found simmilar challenging data @ newest research 2015.

Background: A superfamily of transient receptor potential (TRP) channel Enzymes was checked for CFS in humans. They comprises 27 cation channels with permeability to monovalent and divalent cations. These channels could play a communication role in multiple physiological impairments as CFS. They are widely expressed within humans on cells and tissues and have significant sensory and regulatory roles on most physiological functions.

Pilot study results: TRPM3 and 2 other TRPs Enzymes identified … This may contribute to etiology and CFS pathomechanism (115cfs 90controlls. 05.2015). Theses CFS Ion channeling are compromised:

TRPM3 (9), TRPA1 (2), TRPC4 (2) – together the following 13 SNPs.

rs12682832, rs11142508, rs1160742, rs4454352, rs1328153, rs3763619, rs7865858, rs1504401, rs10115622.

rs2383844, rs4738202.

rs6650469, rs655207.

Can we check our 23&me for this? How is this done.

ps. My concern here is how can we implimant NEWS - into what is already there. My admiration goes to this vibrant SNP watchfullness. Primary thanks goes to J. Edwards, bordmember, London. He led me to this Im.genetics J. link.

Thanks @adreno - I mentioned J. Edwards thread. - see #21

Valentijn (NL) has looked through these SNPs. Her 23andMe tested for: TRPM3 rs11142508, rs1160742, rs1328153, rs3763619, rs7865858, rs1504401, rs2383844, rs4738202, rs6650469, and rs655207 on the V3 (previous) chip. That means in Detail: TRPM3- rs12682832*, covered rs11142508, cov. rs1160742, rs4454352*, cov. rs1328153, cov. rs3763619, cov. rs7865858, cov. rs1504401, rs10115622*. TRPA1- cov. rs2383844, cov. rs4738202. TRPC4- cov. rs6650469, cov. rs655207. 10 of these 13 were covered in the examination.

Only tree more rs12682832, rs4454352, rs10115622 of TRPM3 were not checked (with Version 3) than.

What ist he situation for the acutual running chip? Is there ways of testing your one sip data of 23andme?
