Interactions of several mutations in Methylation

Many of us have read on the effects of the individual mutation, but the systemic effects of the several mutations remain puzzling with all the debates about Yasko. Does anyone have sources on the interaction effects? I am very confused about the interpretation of just four mutations in bold below. What do you think the interaction effects are?

Try going to @caledonia's profile page, click on her 'Information' and from there, in her 'Signature', go to her Methylation Links. #2 is her SNPs Interpretation Guide, which will give you some basic information, particularly on the SNPs you've highlighted. They're some of the standard ones we examine. You might also head to the Phoenix Rising Forums, and under 'Treatment and Therapy,' click on 'Genetic Testing and Snps,' where there are innumerable threads dealing with snps. @Valentijn has also compiled some very useful information about snps, focussing on the scholarly work behind the practices that many working on methylation have found invaluable.

There's a wealth of information here if you know where to look for it!

Best wishes!
