Ideal response to methylation supplements?

Obviously feeling perfect would be my initial answer to the question posed :). In all seriousness though I am trying to fine tune dosing of methylfolate in particular.

I can take enough to get
  • my blood pressure to start elevating (125 -> 135)
  • sinuses start to clear (mucus thins)
  • pulse starts to rise (60s -> 80s)
At some point though I start urinating so frequently that my blood pressure starts to drop and my pulse starts getting over 90bpm. Obviously this is due to the electrolyte loss which I compensate for.

What kind of response should I be trying to maintain?
