Hold the CFSAC (etc.) accountable

We were talking about renaming CFS (see #16 and 17). Calling it ME is 1. inaccurate and 2 will only make ME a fatigue syndrome,
which is what the psychs want. This is Wessely's MO.

We were talking about CFSAC. But if you want to cover this too, it would be nice to see a quote and a link.

This is not really true. ME predated CFS by around 40 years.

Surely "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" can never hold up since the Norway chemo trials?
