freezing foods

    Hi all

    I freeze my cooked food. I remember reading somewhere that cooked food should be placed in freezer within two hours after cooking to prevent bacterial growth. Is that true? thanks..

    Thanks. What about freezing? Can i freeze a cooked food which was in refrigirator for sime time? Like 6 to 24 hours
