Just downloaded this sleep app i read about on Healclick.
Their theory is that the blue light from PC's, iPhones etc limits the production of melatonin and we stay alert rather than wind down ready for sleep. Can't vouch for the theory, but i know my PC wires me.
F.lux apparently produces a reddish spectrum light on the screen when it detects low light conditions.. like at night.
I'm sleeping pretty well lately but thought i would try it anyway. ... It's free!
